The Reg Finder is a UK-based service that sources, buys, and sells personalised vehicle registration plates and associated documents on behalf of our customers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with The Reg Finder, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

3. Our Services

We act as an intermediary to source personalised vehicle registrations on your behalf. We facilitate the purchase and transfer of registration marks in accordance with DVLA regulations. All registrations are sourced legally and in compliance with UK law.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid UK driving licence or own a registered UK vehicle to purchase a personalised registration. It is your responsibility to ensure the registration is suitable for your vehicle.

5. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made in full before we begin arranging any documentation or your registration.
  • We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout.
  • Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received and verified.

6. DVLA Transfer Process

  • Once a registration is sourced and purchased, we will assist with the DVLA transfer process.
  • Transfer timelines are subject to DVLA processing times, which are outside of our control.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is eligible to display the chosen registration.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once a registration has been sourced and purchased on your behalf, we are unable to offer a refund as the registration is a unique, personalised item.
  • If we are unable to source your requested registration, you will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations requested before sourcing has begun may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.

8. Liability

  • The Reg Finder is not liable for any delays caused by the DVLA or third-party agencies.
  • We are not responsible for any fines, penalties, or issues arising from the improper use or display of a registration plate.
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of The Reg Finder and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
